On December 6, 2019, USCIS announced its implementation of their new electronic registration process. The new system will be utilized in the next H-1B lottery and will require that employers interested in filing H-1B Cap-subject petitions for FY 2021 (including advanced degree-exempt petitions) now register and remit a $10 H-1B electronic registration fee.
