I explain how this is good news and may even speed up processing times in some cases! I also touch on the potential implications for different types of cases, including VAWA, I-130, and I-360 cases, and emphasize that case transfers are not necessarily a bad thing. In fact, it may be a good sign for I-485 processing. I also share my prediction that while processing times might improve slightly, it may take time to see results and possibly lead to more requests for evidence.
