Attorney Moumita Rahman is an experienced immigration lawyer with more than 10 years of experience serving clients from all over the world. She believes deeply in helping keep families together and helping them achieve the American dream, and in helping those who want opportunity in America to do it with the right visa status. She specializes in family based immigration and business visas, naturalization, religious and political asylum, immigration applications for domestic violence victims, and removal defense.
Ms. Diavian John began working for the Law Firm of Moumita Rahman, PLLC in July 2020. She graduated from Long Island University in 2020.
