In today's video, I react to the Lexie Jayy video that recently went viral on TikTok, featuring a live-in nanny named Elena from the Philippines who spent over 30 years in the United States without ever returning to her home country. Her situation actually would have qualified her for a T Visa and eventually a green card had she not been sent back to the Philippines once the family was done with her. In the context of immigration, if you are compelled to do work through the use of some sort of force or fraud or fear, that qualifies as "trafficking" and can earn you a T Visa, regardless of your industry! So if you or anyone you know has been in this situation, there is hope that you can free yourself from the situation and enjoy the opportunities you came to this country for!
